Refund Policy
Last updated: 6 June 2026
swypix is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Apple Inc. and Google LLC act as merchant of record and are therefore in charge of refunds. swypix itself cannot technically refund payments — but we can point you to the right channel.
Swiss buyers
Under Swiss law there is no statutory right of withdrawal when purchasing digital content online. Refunds are nevertheless possible via the respective store's goodwill policies (see below).
EU buyers
Consumers resident in the EU generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content, this right lapses once consumption begins with your express consent — Apple and Google capture this consent in checkout. Refunds are nevertheless processed through the respective store.
Apple App Store
Submit your refund via Apple's official support page:
Apple walks you through the steps via reportaproblem.apple.com. You'll need the Apple ID you bought with and the order number from your Apple confirmation email. Apple typically decides within 48 hours.
Google Play
Request your refund through Google Play Help:
Within 48 hours of purchase, refunds are usually approved automatically. After that, Google reviews on a case-by-case basis.
Where we can still help
If the store-side refund doesn't go through, or you're not sure you're using the right process, email us at support@swypix.com. We can't refund directly, but we can help you with receipts and pointers to escalate the request with Apple or Google.
